Macly Group is a local home-grown Real Estate Developer and Hospitality Group started in 1987 by Mr Herman Chang. They were the trend setters for shoebox apartments.

Mr Chang graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree (second upper class honours) in the mid-1980s. In the late 1989, he graduated with a MBA from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

The 1st project was a re-development of 3 terraces along Tembeling Road. With Mr Chang’s passion in real estate, Macly have been constantly evolving and adapting to the new challenges and providing top quality homes that caters to all lifestyle of homeowners and investors.

Macly Group has had numerous sound track records of developing apartments, landed properties, mixed developments, condominiums, cluster housing, commercial. The Group developed and launched more than 40 developments with a total of more than 1,700 residential and commercial units in Singapore for the past 3 decades.

Macly Group has also forayed into overseas real estate, recently launching Skyville 8 @ Benteng, a joint venture development with Renowned Developer Sdn Bhd in KL. Macly Group, also joint ventured with Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd to develop Wisma Infinitum, in Prime KL – 723 units of Freehold Residential and Commercial near to KLCC.

Macly continued to ventured into hospitality creating its own hotel brand -Lloyd’s Inn which can be found in Yogyakarta, Bali and Singapore.
